Dogs are welcome on the large outdoor patio of this Columbia Heights beer garden. Here, you can try one of their 22 rotating draft beers while you and your pup socialize. There are plenty of picnic tables with umbrellas for shade on a sunny day. A small menu is available for food but you’re also welcome to bring your own.
Wonderland Ballroom
Location: 1101 Kenyon St. NW Washington, DC 20010
The outdoor beer garden in Columbia Heights is the perfect place to post up with your pup. This bar regularly hosts live music and comedy so if you enjoy a live show, you’ll probably find one you like here. They’re perhaps most famous for their annual Sundress Fest fundraiser in May.
Wet Dog Tavern

This U St bar was made for dog lovers! Named in memory of the owner’s late dog, this bar welcomes and encourages you to bring your pups. Dogs have to stay on the patio, but there are heaters to keep it open all year. They have a small burger menu to eat from.
Dacha Beer Garden
